BPAutonomics is a Dutch consultancy that builds autonomous systems — agentic AI on your own infrastructure, zero-touch automation, and security engineered in from the first line. Designed so that humans decide and machines do the rest.
Most consultancies deliver reports. We deliver running systems — built on your infrastructure, under your control, with the safety nets to prove it.
AI systems that act, not chat. Designed compliance-first for regulated industries:
The signature move: take an end-to-end human process and make it run itself.
Security as an emergent property of good architecture — not a bolt-on.
Lightning is our fixed-scope strike engagement: we embed, map one high-friction process, and return with a running proof-of-concept on your own infrastructure — before committee number three has scheduled its kick-off.
Client names withheld by design — references available in conversation.
A multilingual sidecar turns a REST-based dossier platform into a guided operational workspace without replacing it. Each new intake receives an isolated AI agent for OCR, document vision, contract and policy lookup, evidence-linked field proposals and deterministic validation. Personal channel synchronisation removes manual double entry; correct expert-fee calculation preserves truthful deductible data; and a time-limited, insurer-scoped portal makes onsite audits self-service. Humans retain authority over uncertainty and legal judgment, while every source, rule, approval, write and read-back remains auditable.
Authored an automation engine that deploys complete private-cloud datacenters unattended: hypervisor to security stack, password and certificate rotation included. Deals on two continents were won on the strength of this code.
Designed and programmed the complete store-build process for a global retailer: physical infrastructure to running site, zero-touch, self-healing, desired-state — repeatable across a fleet approaching a thousand locations.
Directed continuous-improvement automation for the global operations of a leading autonomics provider — leading twelve senior engineers, replacing manual change, deployment and incident handling with machines. Operational effort fell sharply while client satisfaction rose; the method was later adopted far beyond the original estate.
Engineered mission-critical trading-desk and power-plant steering environments at a firm famous for its 100% uptime guarantee. Led full automation of the provisioning image: every build reproducible, every change reversible. The safety-net philosophy BPAutonomics still builds by was learned here — as an operator, not an observer.
DevOps and automation architecture for defense programmes. Scope and detail classified — precisely as it should be.
Designed, built and operates a full agentic platform on a self-hosted GPU cluster: voice-first assistant, persistent long-term memory, blue/green high availability, autonomous infrastructure and business agents. Not a demo — it runs the founder's house, infrastructure and companies every day.
Three months into a Silicon Valley infrastructure company, became the first engineer worldwide to chain its entire product portfolio end-to-end — including the sales content to go with it. Recognised five years running as a Technology Champion; published author on infrastructure automation.
Different industries, identical disease: skilled people spending their days on work a machine should do.
Infrastructure rollout and store-build automation designed for fleets up to 1,000 sites. Zero-touch delivery, self-healing operations, desired-state everything.
Claims intake, multi-system synchronisation and reporting automation — compliance-first agentic AI that respects carrier contracts, GDPR and the EU AI Act by construction.
Automation architecture delivered inside classified programmes, 2021–2025. Cleared ways of working; details stay where they belong.
Silicon Valley infrastructure and API-security vendors: solution architecture, API-first product engineering, and the automation engines behind major enterprise wins.
Learned on trading floors, proven across two decades of autonomous systems.
Engineer, architect, and pattern-thinker — Computer Engineering (1996–2000), building autonomous systems since 2007. Based in Breda, the Netherlands.
The origin story is simple: after rebuilding the same demo environment two weekends in a row for a meeting that kept cancelling, he refused to do it a third time — and automated the entire thing instead. Weeks later that same instinct won a company-wide hackathon. It never stopped.
Since then the work has always been the same verb applied to bigger nouns: remote infrastructure management, fully automated provisioning for mission-critical trading floors, a thousand automated runbooks for global IT operations, zero-touch datacenters, store fleets that build themselves — and today, agentic AI ecosystems that run businesses.
BPAutonomics B.V. is his consultancy: one principal architect, a network of proven specialists when scale demands it, and a working lab of self-hosted AI infrastructure most enterprises haven't seen yet.
Tell us what your people do by hand, how often, and in which systems. You'll get an honest first read — feasible or not, and what it would take.
